What’s one memorable or unique pet move you’ve handled recently?
One particularly memorable and heartwarming relocation involved transporting three guinea pigs and three cats from Vancouver, Canada, to Dublin, Ireland. This complex move required meticulous planning and coordination to ensure the safe and smooth journey of these beloved pets. Each step of the process had to adhere to both countries’ stringent import and export regulations, including obtaining the necessary health certificates, vaccinations, and microchip identification for the animals. Additionally, finding the right travel crates to ensure their comfort and safety during the long journey was a top priority. The logistical challenges were immense; however, all the effort and careful organization paid off the moment these furry companions were joyfully reunited with their family, bringing immense happiness and making every challenge along the way completely worthwhile.
How do you ensure the safety and comfort of pets during international relocations?
Safety and comfort are at the core of everything we do. We work only with trusted partners and ensure pets have appropriate crate training, hydration, and rest during their travel. Each relocation plan is customized to meet the specific needs of the pet.
